Check-Out
You can check out anytime before 11 AM. Need a little more time? A late check-out is possible for a small fee. Even after check-out, we’re happy to store your luggage and invite you to relax in the community room or join us at our CaféBar (from 3 PM) until it’s time to head off.
Breakfast
Unfortunately, breakfast is only available with a pre-order.
But no worries — we’ll be happy to help you find a tasty alternative in the morning!
Early Check-Out (before 8:00 a.m.)
Checking out before 8? Just drop your key in the mailbox next to the elevator door on the 4th floor. If there’s still something to pay and we don’t have your card details, we’ll simply send you an invoice. Staying more than one night? Then swing by the reception during opening hours if you get the chance.

Just call +49 221 / 2282 to book a taxi.
Locked Out?
Got locked out at night and can’t get back to your room? If the bar is still open, just ask the team there — they’ll be happy to help you back in.
We kindly ask you to call our emergency number +49 221 / 98593099 only if your urgent concern isn’t answered here or if our bar on the ground floor is closed.
Please also note that the person you are calling is not in the building and can't help instantly but takes some time to get to you in case of emergency.
