If you want to check out before the reception opens at 8am; no problem! Just drop your key in the mailbox next to the elevator door on the fourth floor. If there is anything left to pay and we don’t have your credit card information, we’ll just send you an invoice. If you are staying longer than one night, please stop by the reception during opening hours.

You locked yourself out at night and can’t get to your room? If our bar is still open, please ask there, our colleagues will be happy to take you to your room.
Kaffeemaschine
Our coffee machine is off from 10pm until 7:30am the next day for sustainability reasons. However we keep free hot water for you in the pump can inour living room.
Wifi
The wifi is not working? Unfortunately we can’t offer a solution for this rare problem outside reception hours, we appreciate you to be patient until reception opens at 8am.
Für viele andere Fragen oder falls du dich aus Versehen ausgeschlossen hast, kannst du auch immer unser Team in der Bar befragen. Diese hat immer bis mindestens 1 Uhr, am WE sogar bis 3 Uhr geöffnet.

For many other questions you can always ask our team in the bar. The bar is always open until at least 1 o’clock, on weekends even until 3 o’clock.
