Plàsi, the moniker of Greco-Swedish artist Mikael Bitzarakis, embodies a boundless creative spirit, seamlessly merging diverse sonic landscapes. His music, a captivating blend of intimacy and grandeur, acoustic warmth and cinematic depth, reveals a profound introspective core alongside infectious energy. This fearless approach, driven by instinct and a sense of childlike wonder, has garnered him millions of streams and critical acclaim, setting the stage for his 2025 Camino EP.

Camino, he explains, is a testament to his artistic evolution, a "playful EP" that harmonizes his acoustic origins with expansive production. It´s a declaration of authenticity, a celebration of his roots, and an invitation for listeners to embrace their own individuality. Plàsi sculpts his sound with meticulous care, crafting lilting melodies, delicate instrumentation, and ethereal textures into compelling songs that resonate deeply.

Since his emergence in 2015, Plàsi has quietly amassed over 100 million streams, marked by releases like the Now & Then EP (2016), People LP (2018), Mystery EP (2019), and Foreign Sea LP (2022). His 2024 Salamina EP further showcased his artistic growth, earning praise for its immersive soundscapes and hypnotic melodies.

Plàsi´s journey has been punctuated by tours with esteemed artists such as Axel Flóvent, Hollow Coves, Henry Jamison, Efterklang, and José González. Camino was brought to life between Stockholm and Plàsi’s new home of Amsterdam, where he built the second studio of the Swedish producer collective Röda Paradise.
