For this album, she worked closely with producer Marcel Tegelaar (Eefje de Visser) and pianist/arranger DeLange, shaping a sound that is both intimate and expansive. To capture the emotional core of the music, she traveled to London, where she recorded a 12-piece string orchestra conducted by the renowned arranger and conductor Sally Herbert (London Grammar, Radiohead, Lianne La Havas, Angus & Julia Stone).
