Zurich-based singer-songwriter Mel D is releasing her debut album Young Bones on September 5, 2025 on the Two Gentlemen label. Her music is deeply emotional, versatile and poetic - somewhere between indie, electro-pop, soul and folk. With her clear, melancholy voice, Mel D creates songs that touch, comfort and connect.

Mel D sings about humanity, solidarity, hope and the power of feeling. Her songs are about relationships, self-discovery, world-weariness and empowerment - sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful, but always honest. It is particularly important to her to transform feelings such as sadness or anger into creative forms of expression.

The album was produced together with Renaud Letang and Dino Brandão, with whom she also released the playful and intimate single We Win. Mel D already attracted attention with her EP Not Crazy in 2024 - now, with Young Bones, she shows just how deep music can go.

In addition to her studio work, she also delights audiences with her intense stage presence. Her music is an invitation to be in-between - vulnerable, warm, strong. An artist who manages to combine zeitgeist and timelessness.
