Ladies and gents, jazz lovers and curious minds of all ages, we are thrilled to present to you our next jazz concert featuring the incredibly talented Tamara Lukasheva on piano and vocals, along with her two close friends, Laurent Derache on accordion and Calvin Lennig on bass.

The music for this evening has been composed and arranged entirely by Tamara Lukasheva herself, showcasing her unique and captivating style that has won her numerous awards and recognition, including the prestigious WDR Jazz Award for composition in 2021.

As a Ukrainian singer, composer, and musician, Tamara’s music is deeply emotional and expresses poignant themes through her poetic lyrics, which are often full of metaphor and ambivalence. She sings in Ukrainian, German, and other languages, but her music speaks to everyone, regardless of language or culture, as music is her mother tongue.

Accompanying Tamara are two equally talented musicians who are close collaborators and friends. Laurent Derache’s virtuosic accordion playing adds a rich texture to the music, while Calvin Lennig’s melodic bass lines provide a solid foundation for the trio’s sound.

Together, this trio will take you on a musical journey filled with soulful melodies, intricate harmonies, and mesmerizing rhythms. The concert promises to be an unforgettable evening of jazz that will leave you wanting more.

During the concert there will be a donation box. We use the donations for the artists*, GEMA fees and other expenses we incur within the organization. Our donation recommendation is 5-10€ per person.

Come and join us for a night of music that will touch your heart and soul. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the unique and captivating sounds of Tamara Lukasheva and Laurent Derache and Calvin Lennig.

Admission for audience members with reserved tickets starts at 19:30 and ends at 20:00. After 8 p.m. unused reservations expire and people without reservations can move up.
