Wenn du bei uns frühstücken möchtest, würden wir dich bitten morgen früh ab 8 Uhr an der Rezeption zu fragen. Meistens ist frühstücken spontan möglich, kann aber nicht immer garantiert werden.
Früher Check-Out
Wenn du auschecken möchtest, bevor die Rezeption um 8 Uhr öffnet; kein Problem! Wirf deinen Schlüssel einfach in den Briefkasten neben der Aufzugstür auf der vierten Etage.

Ausgeschlossen?
Du hast dich nachts ausgeschlossen und kommst nicht auf dein Zimmer? Wenn unsere Bar noch auf hat, frag doch bitte dort nach, unsere Kolleg*innen bringen dich gerne zum Zimmer.
Kaffeemaschine
Unsere Kaffeemaschine ist von 22 Uhr bis 07:30 Uhr aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nicht in Betrieb. Heißes Wasser für Tee füllen wir vor Feierabend immer in der Pumpkanne auf. Bediene dich hier gerne umsonst.
Wifi
Das Wifi funktioniert nicht? Für diese seltene Problem können wir außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten leider keine Lösung anbieten. Bitte wende dich doch um 8 Uhr an unsere Rezeption.
Für viele andere Fragen oder falls du dich aus Versehen ausgeschlossen hast, kannst du auch immer unser Team in der Bar befragen. Diese hat immer bis mindestens 1 Uhr, am WE sogar bis 3 Uhr geöffnet.
Wir würden dich daher bitten unsere Notrufnummer +49 221 / 985930-99 nur dann zu nutzen, wenn dein dringendes Anliegen nicht oben beantwortet wurde oder unsere Bar im Erdgeschoss geschlossen ist. Vielen Dank!
Breakfast
If you would like to have breakfast with us, we would ask you to ask at the reception from 8 o“clock in the morning. Most of the time breakfast is available spontaneously, but cannot always be guaranteed.
Early checkout
If you want to check out before the reception opens at 8am; no problem! Just drop your key in the mailbox next to the elevator door on the fourth floor. If there is anything left to pay and we don“t have your credit card information, we“ll just send you an invoice.

Locked out?
You locked yourself out at night and can“t get to your room or the house? If our bar is still open, please ask there, our colleagues will be happy to take you to your room.
Coffee machine
Our coffee machine is not in operation from 10pm to 7:30am for sustainability reasons. We always fill up hot water for tea in the pump jug before closing time. Feel free to help yourself for free here.
Wifi
The wifi is not working? Unfortunately we cannot offer a solution for this rare problem outside reception hours. Please contact our reception at 8am.
General
For many other questions or if you accidentally locked yourself out, you can always ask our team in the bar. The bar is always open until at least 1 o“clock, on weekends even until 3 o“clock.
